London Early Years Foundation
Help since 2011 includes strategy development, legal advice, a new pay and reward scheme, reviews of fee structure and the acquisition process, financial modelling and funding of posts. LEYF has received our largest investment to date.
HELPING EVERY YOUNG PERSON FULFIL THEIR POTENTIAL
Awarded support worth £430,000 to scale up, announced in June 2016, enabling Brightside to implement the business plan developed through the SBT Design programme in 2015/16.
CONNECTING STATE SCHOOLS WITH THE PHD COMMUNITY
The Brilliant Club
Awarded support worth £800,000 to scale up, announced in January 2018, enabling The Brilliant Club to implement the business plan developed through the SBT Design programme in 2017.
TACKLING SCHOOL UNDERACHIEVEMENT
Help since 2014 includes development and implementation of a marketing strategy. A further package of support including assistance with governance, reporting and IT, along with funding for a new Head of Business Development post was announced in 2016.
ACCELERATING SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS
Help since 2014 has focused on strategic development, design of a marketing and sales strategy and strengthening the board of trustees.

Help since 2015 in areas including strategic planning, governance, financial modelling and operational improvements.
HELPING CHILDREN DEVELOP COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Awarded support worth £515,000 to grow, announced in February 2017, enabling I CAN’s social enterprise to implement the business plan developed through the SBT Design programme in 2016.

Help since 2012 in areas including legal advice, human resources, strategy development and strengthening Moneyline’s board.
INSPIRING CHILDREN THROUGH PERFORMING
Shakespeare Schools Foundation
Help since 2013 includes internal restructuring, sales and marketing strategy, evaluation strategy development, customer relationship management, legal support and funding for key marketing and sales posts. Support has also been given to strengthen the board of trustees.
HELPING PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS GET WORK
Awarded support worth £485,000 to scale up, announced in September 2017, enabling Twining Enterprise to implement the business plan developed through the SBT Design programme in 2016/17.
IMPROVING REHABILITATION THROUGH COLLABORATION
Awarded support worth £580,000 to scale up, announced in September 2016, enabling User Voice to implement the business plan developed through the SBT Design programme in 2015/16.
