Adele Blakebrough MBE hands the SBT CEO baton to Joanne Hay

After almost 12 years at the helm of Social Business Trust, co-founder Adele Blakebrough will be stepping down from the role of CEO at the end of this month. Deputy CEO, Joanne Hay, will be making the permanent move up to the role of CEO.

Mentor meet up: Panel and networking session

This event has now passed. The informal networking event brought together existing and prospective mentors, at all stages of their careers, to learn about the value of investing in others and sharing expertise. Expert mentor, Nitin Parmar (Director, LSEG), Chaired the panel of guests from across SBT’s partners and portfolio to answer questions and share knowledge and stories on what mentoring involves and how it’s benefitted them.
Virtual roundtable: The impact of inflation

This event has now passed. The impact of rising inflation on both the costs of delivery and income generation is front of mind for everyone in the charity and social enterprise sector. We had lots of requests to share knowledge on how organisations are thinking about this, so convened this special session for CFOs. This roundtable discussion was facilitated by Andrew Lawson, Head of Capital Markets at Permira Credit.
